Just back from studying at Macdonalds, althogh the place was considerably crowded my mind was channeled to study. I was so focused on my study material at hand that I "zoned" out to watever noise that was ard me.

Meant to post a longer thread but I'm tired ... more tomorrow.

Have you ever been told the statements such as:

1) Its a good idea but I don't thing your .....

2) Its too hard please be realistic ....

3) Why do you ever try.... your gng to fail

Words like these don't mean much on face value but if spoken in a situtation where your determined to make a situation/project/venture work it can be pretty hurtful. Sticks and stones may break your bones but words can certaoinly dent my morale.... in the past. Now I take these words as they come and use them as motivation to spur myself to succeed.

"People ask me why do u try so hard .... because they say I can't have it " this phrase from a movie I watched quite a few years back plays in my head everytime I find myself in the darkest moments of my life.

People tell me to be patient with my life ... to take chances as they come but sometimes in life you only have yourself to make the chances appear and then make it work. True, opportunities do come by but if those opportunities don't come you can't give up... you can't let go hope ....Hope makes life worth living.... nvr mope that life is too hard, buckle down, work hard and your hope will become reality.

I'm sure most of us appreciate the things we have in life. However, isn't it ironic that the things we appreciate the most are the best things that have left our lives. If given a 2nd chance I'm sure most of us would appreciate and treasure the things that we have lost ... even more so with a consious view not to make it happen again.

I believe that the right frame of mind is essential in the life we live, the things we do and the words we say. Although we might have the best intentions in our heart but if our frame of mind is clouded the things that come out of our mouth will seem totally different.

My job interview with Roche was alrite except that most of the stuff that was discussed in the interview brought back memories of mty first interview with SIA. I'm not saying that the prospect of Roche isn't good but I'll reserve my judgement after my 2nd interview scheduled next weekend.

After the interview I headed down to AKLTG to pick up my book and pick up my receipt for my course in July. I'm quite pumped with participating in the POE course by Adam Khoo, a direct contrast of how I felt when I sat in for the preview. People have a goal in attending this course. I'm no different.
